These cakes were for two girls and their combined birthday parties. One was a cheerleader for West Orange High School and the other is a ballet dancer. This was my first time using pre-made fondant, the Fondarrific brand. The different colors were different flavors. After getting use to the texture and consistency, which took me some time, it was great to work with. It tasted like candy, the blue was berry, orange was orange, white was buttercream, red(ish) was cherry and the pink was tutti-frutti! YUM!
