Xbox with Frag Grenades

This was for my girlfriends' son. He turned 16 and wanted an Xbox. Last year he got the laptop cake below. The Frag Grenades are an homage to Halo, since that is all he, his brother, and my son and daughter do when they are together!

Fashion Diva XChange

The Ladies' Diva Fashion XChange is a monthly networking event for women. The Flour Shop offered samples this past week. We offered cookies with edible glitter and mini pina colada cupcakes. It was a great opportunity to see friends and other professional women!

Beer and Girls (I think the guys will like this post!)

Bikini top cookies and a realistic beer bottle! Dragees are on each cookie for a little bling action. Printed edible sheet for the beer bottle. These were fun ones!

Ice cream cupcake

A fresh, easy idea for summer. Buttercream scooped with an ice cream scoop and put on a cupcake. Brown royal icing 'chocolate' drizzled on top with a fondant cherry. Yum!

Three Graduates and One Cake!

Three different graduates, three different colleges that they will attend and two different sports they were involved in! All that adds up to this cake! I haven't done that many human figures, so it was quite a learning experience for me. Next time I will definitely do them 1-2 weeks ahead of time. I was very happy to do the hair! I loved putting the ponytail on the little girl in the boat!

The mother of the coxswain was the one who ordered this cake. She was very excited to see the finished product. I think all the graduation cakes are done now, so now I am moving on to figure out how to make a sugar bottle of Red Stripe beer for a birthday coming up, should be interesting!
